Shipping policy

We ship every order as quickly as possible in the order in which it is received. We handle all orders in the order in which they are received. 

If you have an order that has been received (status AWAITING FULFILLMENT), hang tight. We're shipping it as soon as possible. Occasionally a more complex order may take longer to pack, so that order could ship after a small simple order that was received after it. We always process orders in the order in which they were received.

We pack orders daily, Monday through Friday. Any order received after 10am is not guaranteed to ship same day, but we always ship as soon as possible. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Restricted Items

Your country may impose product restrictions. The following rules affect our ability to ship certain items to specific regions.

  • We do NOT ship to New Jersey
  • We do NOT ship Ammo to Japan
  • We do NOT ship Wrist Brace Products to Germany
  • We do NOT ship Cutting Mats or Taper Rulers Internationally

These customs rules are out of our control, and unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.

Region/Country Restrictions

We are located in Asheville, North Carolina, USA. But we ship to (almost) the entire world. We are often asked, "Do you ship to (a certain country)?" We will ship to 49 states (every state EXCEPT New Jersey) and almost any country in the world!

Countries to which we DO NOT ship are:

  • Netherlands
  • Denmark
  • Israel
  • Palestinian Territories
  • Russia
  • Ukraine
  • Belarus

We would love to ship to these countries, but either inconsistent shipment deliveries or difficulties with customs have caused us to stop shipping to these locations. 

Customs Fees and Tariffs

Your country may impose import duties, fees, or tariffs. Be sure you understand your country's policies before you order.

VAT and/or International Customs Fees

Unfortunately, we cannot be aware of all the local customs laws and VAT requirements in your area.

We ask that all of our customers research their local customs laws before ordering from us. We cannot be responsible for VAT or any other customs fees/tariffs that shipping carriers may demand upon arrival in your country.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Our shipping team generally ships orders within ONE business day!

NOTE: Our busy season is between mid-November and December 31st. During these times, expect up to 7 business days for your package to leave the warehouse.

If it is taking more than a business day for your order to ship, it could be due to one of the following:

  1. A surge in orders due to a promotion or event
  2. A large order may be more difficult to pack or require special handling
  3. Some products take more handling (Hammer orders, for example, take longer to assemble)
  4. HOLIDAYS! During the holidays, fulfillment may take up to a week.

We work hard to ship as quickly as possible.
If it has been 3 business days, feel free to contact us.
If it has been over 7 business days between Nov 15 and Dec 31, feel free to contact us.

Otherwise, hang tight. We'll get that order out ASAP!

*** Remember, orders do not ship as quickly during the holidays. Expect up to 7 business days to receive your shipping confirmation from November 15th until December 31st.*** 

Shipping Insurance

SimpleShot Assurance is available to be purchased with your order.

SimpleShot Assurance covers the following shipping/delivery issues:

1) Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered
  • Orders over $100 USD require a police report

2) Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • Issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (US), 60 days from the order date
  • Issues can be approved no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (International), 60 days from the order date

3) Damaged

  • File issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.
